Our Services
FlowState Home Services provides residential and commercial pressure washing and exterior cleaning services in Cumming, GA and surrounding areas. Service descriptions on our website are for general information; the exact scope of work for your property is what's described in your written estimate or quote.
Estimates & Quotes
- Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
- A quote is valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if conditions at the property differ materially from what was described.
- Accepting a quote creates a scheduled job under the terms and price on that quote.
Scheduling, Access & Weather
- Please make sure we have reasonable access to the areas being serviced (gates unlocked, vehicles moved, pets indoors) and a working exterior water source unless agreed otherwise.
- Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe or would compromise results, we'll reschedule at no charge.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless your quote states otherwise. We'll walk the job with you (in person or by photos) so you can confirm you're happy before we leave.
Satisfaction & Claims
If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours of service completion and we'll come back and make it right. Any claim of property damage should be reported promptly so we can inspect it; we are licensed and insured.
SMS / Text Message Program
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our quote form (or by texting our business number first), you agree to receive text messages from FlowState Home Services about your estimate, quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and review requests.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, an active quote or upcoming appointment).

- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
